Terms and Conditions

1.  GENERAL

These conditions shall apply to all goods sold by Surgionix ("the Company") to the purchaser of such goods ("the Purchaser") unless varied in writing and signed by a duly authorised representative of the Company.

2.  ACCEPTANCE

Every order received by the Company shall constitute an offer subject to acceptance by the Company. No order accepted by the Company shall be modified or cancelled except with the written consent of the Company.

3.  PRICE

  1. A valid credit card is required for accounts able to process orders using a live payment gateway. 

  2. All prices are quoted by the Company subject to any variation which may occur between the dates of quotation and delivery or deliveries of goods in international monetary exchange rates, customs duties, purchase tax, freight railage or insurance rates or suppliers' selling prices.

  3. If you are resident in the U.S., Taxes may apply to your  purchase of products. Any applicable Taxes are based on the rates applicable to the U.S billing address you provide to us, and will be calculated at the time of purchase of the applicable Taxable Offerings. Such amounts are in addition to fees for the Taxable Offerings and will be billed to the credit card you use to pay for the Taxable Offerings. If you are exempt from payment of such Taxes, you must provide us with an original certificate that satisfies applicable legal requirements attesting to tax-exempt status. Tax exemption will only apply from and after the date we receive such a certificate.

4.  DELIVERY

  1. Any goods quoted by the Company as ex-stock are so quoted subject to any prior sale by the Company.

  2. The Company shall use its best endeavours to fulfil accepted orders but shall be entitled to cancel any order or orders relating to any item or items if in the opinion of the Company it shall be or have become impractical or uneconomic to produce or supply the same.

  3. The Company shall use its best endeavours to make delivery at the time specified in any accepted order but unless otherwise agreed by the Company in writing prior to sale will not be responsible for any loss or damage sustained by the Purchasers or any other person by reason of any delay in delivery or any failure to fulfil an order or make delivery howsoever caused.

5.  GOODS RETURN POLICY

a. Return Process

    1. Download a Return Form. 

    2. Complete the Return Form and email back to Surgionix Customer Service (sales@surgionix.com) along with the copy of the invoice for authorization. 

    3.  Once the return is authorized, a Surgionix Customer Service representative will contact you and provide you a Returned Goods Authorization number and Return Address. 

b. Freight

        Authorized returns are to be shipped freight prepaid. 

c. Merchandise Not Accepted for Return 

    1. Merchandise which is obsolete.

    2. Merchanise which is not under warranty.

6. Risk Free Trial  (Money Back & Guarantee)

Surgionix offers a risk free trial to the FIRST TIME user.  If the purchaser finds that the SLICK universal drill bit is not a suitable choice of drill-bit, Surgionix is happy to offer full refund. 

This offer is subject to the following conditions:

  1. This offer only applies to SLICK universal drill bit. 

  2.  This offer excludes return for: Wrong choice of drill-size, misuse, mishandling, and/or improper operation.

  3.  The initial ‘trial’ product that has been opened from its packaging and found unsuitable will also be eligible for a full refund.  Any customs will NOT be refunded/ credited.

  4.  All the returns need to follow the Goods Return Policy. 

7. COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARKS

  1. All content, unless otherwise indicated, is protected by law including, but not limited to, United States copyright, trade secret, and trademark law, as well as other state, national, and international laws and regulations.

  2. The company does not grant any express or implied rights to you under any patent, copyright, trademark, or trade secret information.  Accordingly, any unauthorized use of the website or the content may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, trade secret laws, or laws relating to privacy and publicity.

  3. By submitting content, ideas or any other type of information to the website, such as in the form of a suggestion or feedback about our site or our products, services, you automatically grant the Company a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adopt, publish, edit (for length or clarity), translate, create derivative works from, distribute, redistribute, transmit, perform and display such content (in whole or in part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media or technology now know or later developed for the full term of any rights that my exist in such content. Of course, the company’s re-use of any content submitted would not include any personal information provided.  

  4. The Company reserves the right to remove any content submitted to the website at any time for any reason.
